Dear Dingbats* fans around the world, First, our hearts go out to those who have been impacted by the COVID-19 situation. The health and safety of our employees, fans, merchants, and partners are our top priority. Therefore, as we navigate these challenging times, we wanted to reach out and give you an update on how we are adapting during this time of uncertainty to better serve you, our teams, and partners. Everything will be done in accordance with regulatory requirements to maintain our services and minimise the impact on supply chains.

What Dingbats* is doing.
To help curb the spread of the virus and provide you continued service and support, we have closed our offices and have transitioned our teams to remote work until further notice. Even though our offices are closed, we are operating at full capacity across all departments including our warehouses.  We are doing our best to ensure all orders are shipped on time.

All our warehouses remain operational until further notice and practices have been put in place to minimise the risk of infection in the workplace. Our staff are equipped with gloves, masks, wipes, and hand sanitizers and are cleaning their work areas frequently during the day. ‘Social distancing’ is being practiced as much as possible and we are mindful of the importance of good hygiene and minimising personal contact while we perform our tasks.
